Sloan Sports Analytics Conference - Pallotta parla delle machine learning e delle radio romane

Il presidente James Pallotta ha partecipato allo Sloan Sports Analytics Conference del MIT, intervenendo alla conferenza The Beautiful Game’s Global Reach.

L'obiettivo della conferenza è quello di offrire un forum per i professionisti del settore (dirigenti e ricercatori) e gli studenti per discutere il ruolo crescente dell'analisi nell'industria dello sport globale. Come riportato dal proprietario del sito StatsBomb.com, Ted Knutson, Pallotta ha parlato dell'uso delle machine learning, le banche dati che aiutano gli scout a scoprire i talenti tramite le statistiche. Il numero uno giallorosso ha proseguito dicendo che la Roma ha 12 accademie negli USA con 20.000 bambini iscritti. Si è poi parlato della creazione dei media del club, tra cui la radio ufficiale nata per combattere le radio romane che "spalano m**da tutto il giorno".
